Ultraviolent Return & Refunds Policy

All items are checked before they are dispatched. When returning a faulty or incorrect item, attach a note to that item with the original invoice explaining the fault or problem. If you live in the United Kingdom then please return it within 7 days of delivery (30 days for international orders). All goods returned to us from outside the UK must have "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK" marked clearly on the package to avoid any importation taxes. If importation tax has been paid by us then it will be deducted from your faulty items cost.

Any postage or importation costs you incur for the return of a faulty or returns of the item will not be refunded to you. Ultraviolent UK expects to receive the item that you have purchased in same condition that you bought it, sent with all original materials, not worn, with tags still attached. If there are signs of usage, then it will be marked as a being a non faulty item.

All faulty items are refunded as soon as the investigation of the fault is identified and no signs of misuse have caused the fault. If a fault is found to be caused by misuse then you will have to pay for postage and packaging to receive item again, as it will not be refunded. If the fault is found to be caused by the manufacturers then the item will be refunded minus any shipping costs.

All refunds will be given in the same payment method as originally sent, please allow 30 days for a refund. Ultraviolent UK will not be able to process any faults or refunds as quickly or smoothly if you fail to provide the correct invoice or fail to provide contact details with an attached note and may result in the process being delayed. Customers outside the UK may not receive a full refund in their own currency as exchange rates can vary. Refunds are made at the UK price paid.

Please be aware that your own country's customs may impose an import duty and Ultraviolent UK will not be liable to pay any such costs.

If you are unhappy with our service or product, in the first instance you should e-mail ultraviolent UK or write to our address provided on your purchase invoice, contact details are provided below. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within three days. When referencing to a product please quote product code and contact details explaining any such queries.
