All prices are in £ sterling and payment must be made in £ sterling. Payment is made through Paypal which accepts major credit and debit cards. We accept personal cheques from banks which resided in the United Kingdom ONLY and postal orders. Cash is also acceptable, however you do so at your own risk, Ultraviolent UK will not be liable if you send cash in the post - If it is the only way to pay then please send it via recorded insured delivery with attached prchase invoice.

Name and address details will be provided to you when you purchase through the shopping cart to make a personal cheque, cash payment or postal order. Cheques will require standard clearing before any purchase items are dispatched to you and this normally takes 10 working days. Please note: That items purchased will not be sent until full clearence of payment. All your credit/debit card details will be processed through Paypal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

We use one of the most well known and trusted establishments for financial transactions on the web. Paypal allows you to pay with your credit card or debit card and you don't need to become a member. Paypal's systems use 128-bit encrypted servers with certificates for identification to say who they are. You can feel safe that your credit card/debit card details are not being abused.

I Just placed an order - How long will it take till it is dispatched?

UK orders are received in 3-7 days via Royal mail, first class recorded.
International orders are received in 2-3 weeks via royal mail Airmail.

Everything displayed on the shopping cart is in stock, and is shipped out within a few days, after full payment is received and fully cleared. Proof of postage is always obtained, Ultraviolent UK will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, however will provide a copy of proof of postage if required.

Note: for International orders: International orders are shipped via Royal mail Airmail. Which takes 2-3 weeks, however international orders can be delayed by up to a week by customs and excise. A charge may be made by your government for the importation of goods, this charge will not be made by us but by your government and will be made payable by you, ultraviolent UK will not be responsible or liable to make any such payments. Why do you only have certain sizes or colours?

The website reflects what we currently have in stock. If you cannot order a certain size or colour it is because it is out of stock. We try to keep all sizes / colours in stock for each item, but many of the items we carry are only manufactured in limited quantities, so once we run out of a certain size, this size will no longer be available on the site, or until the manufacturers have produced more quantities in that size, so keep checking back.
